How fast is delivery in UAE?
We deliver across all UAE Emirates. Dubai and Sharjah: 1-2 business days. Abu Dhabi, Ajman: 1-3 business days. Other Emirates: 2-4 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tamara — which lets you split your order into 3 interest-free installments with zero extra cost.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — orders over AED 149 qualify for free shipping across all UAE Emirates. This is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
Are the products authentic?
100% yes. All products sold at Quickella are authentic — including the full Olaplex range and the Beachwaver B1. We do not sell imitations or grey-market products. If you ever have a question about a specific product, contact us on WhatsApp and we will confirm.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email and we will make it right. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will update you immediately.
Can I use my WELCOME10 discount code?
Yes — use code WELCOME10 at checkout to get 10% off your first order. There is no minimum spend. The code can be used once per customer.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Currently we deliver within the UAE only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I know which perfume is right for me?

What is Olaplex and is it worth it in UAE?

Is the Beachwaver B1 compatible with UAE electricity?
Yes — the Beachwaver B1 is dual voltage (100-240V) and works perfectly with UAE electrical outlets without any adapter.
